Worry-free Returns
Return & Exchanges: In the highly unlikely event that you receive an item which is damaged or defective in any way, you may return it for a refund or replacement within 7 days (this does not affect the product warranty). Unused/unopened items may also be returned for exchange within the same time-frame. In stock items are delivered by means of courier and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Returns can be returned in person or by courier. Dive Sub-culture is not responsible for any loss or damage to items returned to us by unregistered local post.
Defective & Incorrect: Any items which are broken, defective, or damaged will be exchanged for the same brand/model or one of equal value. If the same model or a reasonable alternative is not available a refund will be offered. Incorrect items will be exchanged at our expense for the correct item.
Pressure Free Fit Guarantee: Wetsuits, BCDs, masks etc. can be tried on before making a purchase at Dive Sub-Culture. If your delivered item doesn’t fit it can be exchanged for another size immediately (subject to availability).
Return item as used: Used diving equipment can be offered for return – prices paid will vary on age, brand, condition etc. Prices offered are solely at the discretion of Dive Sub-culture.

Standard (2-4 business days for orders placed by 5 pm EST):
- Sent by local courier
- Sign on arrival
- Delivery at mutually convenient time
Two-day (for orders placed by 9pm EST):
- Expedite Service as above, with delivery within 2 working days
